By accessing Syrex Tech, or engaging in a custom AI Voice Agent, Lead Scraper, or Full-Stack deployment contract, you agree to these foundational terms. High-ticket enterprise deployments may be governed by specific external Master Service Agreements (MSAs) which supersede this public policy.
Our infrastructure must be deployed strictly for legitimate business automation. Deploying Syrex Voice Agents for unauthorized mass robocalling, deception, illegal scraping operations, or social engineering is a critical violation. We reserve the right to instantaneously sever your API access without refund if malice is detected.
Syrex Tech targets a **99.9% uptime SLA** across our Edge Nodes. However, LLM generation times are variable and heavily dependent on contextual load. We do not warranty against latency spikes caused directly by foundational model outages (e.g., OpenAI API downtimes) unless deploying locally hosted Llama-3 models.
All payments for deployment infrastructure are non-refundable. Monthly maintenance fees (Server upkeep, VAD latency tracking, vector database hosting) will be billed via automated Stripe pipelines. Failure to maintain payment will result in immediate API deactivation or "Agent Sleep Mode".
For custom software development, all custom frontend components and specific business logic code transfers to the client upon final payment. However, the proprietary AI-RAG engine wrappers and internal prompt-architectures remain the intellectual property of **Syrex Tech**.
Autonomous Agents operate on statistical inference models. Thus, while we heavily guardrail our LLMs, Syrex Tech is not legally or financially liable for erroneous answers, "hallucinations", or missed edge-cases executed by the AI on a live client call.
